“What Happens at MEPS… Stays at MEPS” commemorates the sacred military tradition of meeting an old man in a medical office who has been there & at every office simultaneously since the dawn of time and, five minutes later, following instructions you never imagined would be part of serving your country as the glove snaps into place.
